HR Specialist , Singapore

Job Location : Singapore.

Job Purpose
Responsible for HR systems and policy maintenance and execution. 

Job Responsibilities 
  1. HR System and policy maintenance and execution 
  2. Liaison in all HR transactional areas such as Payroll, C&B, Staffing, L&D matters 
  3. Ensure quality and accuracy, ensure compliance to SOX, Legislation and company policy 
  4. Customer focus in HR delivery, ensure meeting committed turnaround timeline 
  5. Improve existing work procedures for greater efficiency 
  6. Generate various HR report 
  7. Coordinates enhancements of the existing systems and interfaces 
  8. Initiate and participate in cross-functional projects. 
  9. Keep abreast of various developments and interpretation implications of the legislation that may affect the company. 
  10. Plan and maximize available resources. 
  11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 
  1. Degree in HR Management/Arts and Social Sciences / Business Administration with preferred >3 years relevant experience or equivalent 
  2. Good knowledge of Employment Act & Labor Law. 
  3. Thorough knowledge of company's personnel policies, including rules & regulations of company. 
  4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with people of all levels, with government authorities and agencies. 
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  6. Help build and maintain effective teams. 
  7. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative. 
  8. Familiar with MS office (Excel, ppt, word). 
  9. SAP system experience preferred.
